I am Nigerian/Liberian/u.s.-raised woman, passionately committed to healing and evolution of self, LOVE, inner Liberation and joy.

I’ve lived on three continents, making a life for myself in six different countries, learning about the vast and beautiful diversity in ways of being and the nature of the human spirit every step of the way.

 

I am a body-oriented psychotherapist

(Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts);

healing justice facilitator;

consultant;

holistic life coach;

spirit & energy worker, (including being a certified Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner—an energy healing modality akin to acupuncture minus the needles);

and creative, located in Western Massachusetts.

I have served as a Clinical Trauma Responder working with young people impacted by community violence; worked with/for young people for over 20 years, including a decade directly in schools as a teacher and adjustment counselor; at the United Nations; over a decade as a social justice facilitator around a wide variety of issues; writer & performer. I hold Masters degrees in Counseling & Global Mental Health; International Conflict Analysis and; Adolescent Education.
